Alert management of any irregularities of material requisitions and vendor inconsistencies.Consistently follow up on open orders and maintain communication with vendors to ensure terms of delivery, cost and quality are met.Coordinate and communicate with Materials/Receiving Department on receipt of purchase offers, resolve any discrepancies with vendors on pricing, quantity, or documentation.Promptly reconcile Vendor invoices to all company orders and process invoices to Accounts Payable for approved company payments.Review daily work orders to make necessary purchase recommendations to the Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain.

    • Providing accurate gate, flight arrival and departure information, as well as answer general inquires
    • Assist special needs passengers, resolve customer complaints and other duties as delegated
    • Maintain thorough knowledge and handling of unaccompanied minors, law enforcement officers, Hazmat, and airfreight acceptance guidelines
    • Communicate clearly and accurately with customers as well as ground and aircraft personnel

    Minimum and Preferred Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must be able to work any shift in a 24-hour period, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
