- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare journal entries
- Month end close process
- Review expense reports
- Review and code credit card charges
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of the month end close and GL process
- Solid understanding of the reconciliation process
- Solid understanding of ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Experience in payroll management and AP management a plus
- Experience in parts and/or inventory management a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Flexible schedule, may require long hours and occasional weekends
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and FBI Fingerprint & Criminal History check
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- A minimum of three to five years accounting, budgeting and financial experience required
- Airline, Cruise or Manufacturing experience preferred
- CPA or CPA Candidate strongly preferred
- MBA a plus
