    • Oversees corporate and airport real estate transactions and relationships; evaluates properties and provides financial and operational recommendations.
    • Establishes airport access through affiliate agreements, operating agreements, etc.; develops and maintains working relationships with airport operators, assesses issues and conditions, develops goals and objectives, negotiates terms and executes agreements.
    • Plans, coordinates and develops cost benefit analysis for new facility construction, renovation/upgrades and relocations of existing facilities.  Works with finance to drive projections and historical analysis of spending.
    • Provides overall project management of construction projects.  Reviews and evaluates projects in progress, contract compliance, and quality control.
    • Negotiates, renews, manages and terminates contracts and leases,
    • Directs daily facilities maintenance, grounds care and coordination of all operational aspects of the properties.
    • Coordinates and establishes international overflight and landing authorizations as needed; contacts the appropriate foreign authorities, provides the required information, monitors the progress and answers any follow up questions or requests.  Makes modifications to existing authorizations as needed.
    • Develops and maintains database with location specific information, such as expenses, lease terms summary and lessor information.
    • Fosters the Company’s core values and culture throughout the work environment.
    • Screens, interviews and makes recommendations for hiring potential associates.  Coaches and provides leadership, direction, motivation and supervision of direct reports.  Appraises performance, provides performance feedback, takes corrective actions and oversees training and development of staff.
