  • Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties for Chief People Officer as well as other senior leaders to ensure maximum efficiency of daily operations

  • Prepares presentations for high-level business meetings
  • Handles highly confidential subjects, including minutes of leadership meetings and performance management information
  • Compiles data, and drafts and prepares presentations for Chief People Officer
  • Provides general administrative support such as handling the mail, screening and directing calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, creating/approving expense reports and other tasks
  • Plans internal functions for the Chief People Officer, including speaking engagements (Officer & Director Meetings, Pocket Sessions, People Department All Hands and Leadership Meetings, IT Team and Leadership Meetings, holiday events, external speaking engagements, etc.)
  • Participates in cross-functional special projects and assignments as assigned by the Chief People Officer

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Three (3) years of administrative experience in support of leadership
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel

Position Summary

The Maintenance Control Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Maintenance Controllers and Duty Managers.  This Coordinator will provide administrative duties including email communications, set up of conference calls and data collection for daily reports.

Essential Responsibilities Execute and distribute all Maintenance Control reporting

  • Executes itinerary for all recovery road trips
  • Support logistical travel and expense reporting as required
  • Executes delay notification, reconciles delay coding and enters Contract BP Log pages in TRAX
  • At the direction of MCC set up of conference calls
  • At the direction of MCC prepare the reports for the Daily Tech Ops Meeting
  • Capture follow ups from the Daily Tech Ops Meeting and maintain database with updates
  • Collect operational data through various channels and provide oversight to ensure the M&E System is accurately tracking delays and cancellations for Tech Ops Performance Measurement Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Planning and System Ops for required information upon request from Duty Managers
  • Relieve Duty Manager of administrative duties including but not limited to follow up emails, setting up meeting and incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Document statistical information during IROPs as per Duty Manager request
  • Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year experience in Aviation
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel platform for developing and reporting metrics
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly
  • Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, in a team environment
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (5%)

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Conduct monthly menu changeover presentations and bi-weekly Chef’s Tables to verify food quality in accordance with JetBlue and Restaurant Partner specifications

  • Monitor and provide corrective action in response to daily Inflight Crew Comments and feedback from Customers in regard to food quality

Position Summary

The Technical Programs Coordinator supports the Manager Technical Programs in managing the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program, associated Apps and Applications, mobile device management, communications, and Technical Programs support. The Coordinator is an effective communicator, both verbally and written, and enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people at different levels within the organization. The Coordinator can anticipate and manage people’s expectations, is comfortable speaking in front of large groups, and is a resilient individual whose personal values match JetBlue’s values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.

Essential Responsibilities

  • The coordinator supports the Sr. Analyst in managing the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program.
  • Execute Apps and iPadOS test scripts, validation, and troubleshooting while logging any defects found with business partners.
  • Ensure App and iPadOS releases are free from the undiscovered bugs and cause minimal or no disruption to operations.
  • Track the progress of technical programs projects and provide routine status reports.
  • Document and update Technical Programs standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Manage the Electronic Flight Bag collection and documentation as a Comply365 Administrator
  • Design technical training materials, videos, SharePoint sites, infographics, apps and icons
  • Manage Applications, projects, and Technical Programs updates, departmental SharePoint/Teams administration, departmental distribution list management
  • Assist Flight Operations leadership with ad-hoc projects, research, and development of solutions and communications plans
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year of analytical experience and/or quality management
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook with expert abilities in Excel and SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of both video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong team building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
  • In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
  • Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM or Computer Science area of study.
  • One (1) year of experience in aviation or airline operations
  • Snowflake Data Warehouse familiarity
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) familiarity
  • Apple Operating Systems (iOS/iPadOS/MacOS) familiarity
  • Aeronautical navigation and charting system familiarity

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance
