What Will You Be Doing?

The Senior Analyst of Commercial Revenue Analysis will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Revenue Management, Finance, and other Commercial groups to provide analytical support, strategic recommendations and identify and implement opportunities to improve revenue. In addition, own the company-wide revenue forecast blending detailed route-level bottom-up analysis with macro-level top-down drivers delivering accurate, timely, and actionable revenue forecast outputs to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Essential Functions

  • Understands Frontier’s business model and company goals to find actionable insights through analysis to improve performance; partners with internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives to ensure success.
  • Provide analytical and strategic support to Revenue Management and other Commercial groups; can clearly and concisely communicate analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prioritize workstreams, balancing resources available and business needs and communicate deliverable status and deadlines to team leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Build and own company-wide revenue forecast and accompanying executive-level outputs. Includes understanding revenue initiative, macro trends, pricing actions, and market performance to maximize accuracy of forecast. Investigate the root causes of revenue variances and propose profit-maximizing resolutions.
  •  Other Functions
  • Assist in developing junior team members across the Revenue Analytics, Pricing, & Yield Management teams to deepen the team’s collective skillset and improve overall performance.
  • Provide analysis for pricing and inventory teams to highlight opportunities that drive action to improve revenue performance.
  •  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, Aviation Management or related analytical field or a combination of education and relevant experience required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue analysis, financial modeling, revenue forecasting or other relevant experience required
  • 2 years of experience with day-to-day usage of a revenue management system preferred or prior experience in airline commercial function preferred

What Will You Be Doing?

Ensure passenger transactions are balanced and correctly recorded in the revenue accounting system and assist in development & growth of revenue integrity team.

Essential Functions

  • Research and resolve error queue transactions within deadlines including correspondence with internal and external contacts as necessary
  • Prorate fares and allocate taxes/fees to appropriate flights
  • Research and process manual customer refund and credit card transactions within deadlines
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a revenue integrity department to sit under the accounting umbrella…
    • Utilize large datasets to analytically investigate trends to verify compliance with revenue policies (Travel Agency bookings, OTA bookings, Fare overrides, etc.)
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders around the company: PRM, Systems, IT, Business Intelligence, etc. to identify potential non-compliance with policies
    • Present findings to various levels of management in an accurate and concise manner
  • Monitor credit card transactions for fraudulent activity and resolve disputed transaction claims (chargebacks) to mitigate losses.
  • Set up and maintain specialty sales programs, customer credit/vouchers, and travel agency accounts/commissions in the revenue accounting and reservations systems.
  • Compile and distribute daily and monthly revenue statistics reports
  • Compile reports and schedules to support general ledger entries for Month-end closing
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly general ledger account reconciliations

  • Research and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous, complete and timely manner.
  • Assist in review of other revenue operations team member transaction research

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar; relevant coursework and comparable accounting experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a business environment
  • Minimum 1 year airline experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

What Will You Be Doing?

The Engineering Configuration Control Analyst will support maintaining the various configuration models within Frontier’s FMIS system which includes Receiving Inspections Shelf Life database, Engineering Manual Supplements and FMIS configuration controls.  The Analyst will also ensure the proper configuration of components are properly loaded into the FMIS database.

Essential Functions

  • Under limited supervision, perform research and analysis on new or updated components by utilizing the Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and other technical data to search for and effectively change components to maintain the integrity of the IPC Supplement, TRAX, and component research database.
  • Work directly with Engineering and lessors to ensure comprehensive compliance and substantiation.
  • Handle daily component inquiries.
  • Assist aircraft maintenance departments in retrieval and analysis of aircraft information, as requested.
  • Ensure proper documentation exists for the authorization of aircraft parts.
  • Interpret and review drawings, technical data, Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFRs), Fleet Campaign Directives (FCDs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), engineering documents (EAs and EOs), and Service Bulletins (SBs).
  • Verify that vendor SBs, engineering documents or other support documentation include necessary approvals to ensure compliance with established company standards and Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations requirements.
  • Update and audit TRAX and IPC Supplements as required to ensure current and accurate effectivity and interchangeability information.
  • Provide support to the aircraft Maintenance Department for critical Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations.
  • Coordinate and assist Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Maintenance Control, and Engineering personnel either interdepartmentally or between company departments and contractors, aircraft manufacturers, or other outside organizations to ensure appropriate scheduling, procurement, and movement of aircraft components.
  • Utilize analytical, design, testing, and debugging skills to develop and maintain database for tracking and history of component research.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of Associate’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Technology or a related field required; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) rating may be accepted in lieu of degree, with equivalent experience
  • Prior 121 airline experience strongly preferred

The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for facilitating the companies use of Anaplan, a multi-dimensional cloud-based calculation tool, for financial modeling and reporting. This includes assisting with model design, maintenance, implementation and training. The Financial Systems Analyst will be assisting not only the Finance team, but all operating groups with ongoing functionality improvements as well as implementation of new models to assist with the company’s overall financial modeling goals. There is a strong emphasis on creative model building and translating of high-level concepts into usable multi-dimensional models for the operating groups to utilize for financial planning and reporting. This will include being able to switch quickly and balance addressing short-term solutions while also working towards long term efficiency and best practice design.

  • Improve the speed and accuracy of financial modeling by adding improvements to existing or building out new models within Anaplan
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout scoping, implementation, and go live states

What Will You Be Doing?

The HR Analyst supports the HRIS and Total Rewards team with day-to-day operational responsibilities, specifically related to HRIS, compensation, and benefits. Responsibilities will include the development of HR reports, SOX compliance maintenance, salary administration, job evaluation, and benefits open enrollment support.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure data integrity in HR systems and processes, with an eye toward increased efficiency and automation in processes where applicable
  • Develop and maintain standard reports, templates, and dashboards for HR and workforce related metrics
  • Assist compensation with market pricing and job evaluations
  • Assists in the coordination of the annual Open Enrollment process, including communication and education initiatives

What Will You Be Doing?

The Analyst II, Data & Reporting develops analytical tools and statistical models to maximize Frontier’s revenue generation and profitability. The Analyst will be responsible for building data pipelines & coding automated reporting processes, creating data visualizations and dashboards, identifying and quantifying revenue opportunities, and crafting clear presentations to management. As an integral part of Frontier’s success, Revenue Analytics Analysts receive high visibility by senior management and enjoy a range of formal training and informal learning opportunities to support ongoing professional development and career growth.

What Will You Be Doing?

The Analyst of Strategic Sourcing role is an integral part of the department, responsible for aiding in managing the various strategic sourcing and cost saving initiatives throughout the organization, including gathering project requirements, researching vendors, issuing RFPs/RFQs, financial modeling, contract negotiation, contract management as well as providing support to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing for various ad hoc forecasting and financial analysis projects that are frequently required by senior management.

Essential Functions

·         Gather project requirements from internal customers, develop internal business cases, and create a consensus on key requirements

·         Analyze market to identify potential suppliers and screen their capabilities

·         Issue and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to suppliers, and manage the RFP process

·         Create financial models for strategic sourcing projects to facilitate the contract approval process

·         Analyze key contracts with manufacturers such as Lufthansa Technik, Airbus, and SABRE and support contract management on an ongoing basis

·         Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to measure contract adherence and improve vendor performance

·         Assist in developing finance and business presentations such as Board of Director presentations and lenders’ presentations

·         Analyze current contracts for risk mitigation along with financial and operational improvement opportunities

·         Assist with fleet-related projects including financial modeling, contract negotiation, execution and management

Qualifications

·          Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain or  other related discipline; or equivalent                     combination of education and experience  required.

·         0 to 2 years of relevant experience required

·         Experience in maintenance and MRO related aspects of airlines preferred

·         Previous airline experience preferred

What Will You Be Doing?

The Assemblies & Configuration Analyst is responsible for additions, ongoing updates and corrections to the configuration of parts and assembles in the FMIS system.  The Analyst will assist the Assemblies/Configuration Supv when inducting aircraft into the Frontier system and will ensure that component movement on and off an aircraft is maintained in the FMIS database.

Essential Functions

  • Perform conversion of serialized Non-Rotable parts from the AIR, EDS and assembly log books to Rotable parts.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to validate approved interchangeability and effectivity of new Rotable part numbers entered in FMIS.
  • Provide to Supply Chain Management new Rotable Part Numbers identified while inducting new aircraft to facilitate required in-stock forecasting.
  • Configure Fleet Types in FMIS to include newly converted Rotable parts.
  • Assist Records and Materials in research of installed or removed parts issues in FMIS, guiding the appropriate person or department to make the necessary transaction in FMIS. Perform the transaction in FMIS when necessary.
  • Maintain powerplant/landing gear for removals and installation from aircraft within the FMIS database.
  • Ensure correct engine, APU and landing gear hours and cycles and correct errors when/if found.
  • When erroneous part transactions are identified and a normal FMIS transaction cannot be performed to correct the problem, request from FMIS support desk a SQL script to correct the problem.
  • If Frontier has previously been provided an SQL to correct a similar problem modify/edit the SQL and have it run in one of the test databases.
  • If it successfully makes the required changes have DBAs run the SQL in the FMIS Production database
  • Correct FMIS flight discrepancies (missing flights or duplicate flights) identified by flight interface audit program and perform the necessary root cause analysis to develop a remediation plan for the quickest resolution.
  • Perform routine audits of aircraft configuration in FMIS to keep each aircraft correctly configured.
  • Perform ongoing part number TC audits to ensure accurate tracking.

Qualifications

  • FAA certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings – preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience on large transport category aircraft

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Airbus IPC, AMM & CMM
  • Sufficient Excel proficiency to be able to write formulas to expedite FMIS data auditing

  • Assist Records and Materials in research of installed or removed parts issues in FMIS, guiding the appropriate person or department to make the necessary transaction in FMIS. Perform the transaction in FMIS when necessary.
  • Maintain powerplant/landing gear for removals and installation from aircraft within the FMIS database.
  • Ensure correct engine, APU and landing gear hours and cycles and correct errors when/if found.
  • When erroneous part transactions are identified and a normal FMIS transaction cannot be performed to correct the problem, request from FMIS support desk a SQL script to correct the problem.
  • If Frontier has previously been provided an SQL to correct a similar problem modify/edit the SQL and have it run in one of the test databases.
  • If it successfully makes the required changes have DBAs run the SQL in the FMIS Production database
  • Correct FMIS flight discrepancies (missing flights or duplicate flights) identified by flight interface audit program and perform the necessary root cause analysis to develop a remediation plan for the quickest resolution.
  • Perform routine audits of aircraft configuration in FMIS to keep each aircraft correctly configured.
  • Perform ongoing part number TC audits to ensure accurate tracking.

Qualifications

  • FAA certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings – preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience

What Will You Be Doing?

The Senior Analyst of Repair and Warranty Administration proactively manages creates and drives processes that directly supports Frontier’s Maintenance organization.  This is accomplished by overseeing repair and warranty activities and developing supplier management metrics, scorecards, and performance improvements to fulfill all requirements at the lowest total cost to the airline.

Essential Functions

Primary duties include documenting internal and external customers’ requirements and exceeding their expectations through tangible cost reductions and productivity enhancements.   Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Locating sources of supply and negotiating strategic agreements
  • Tracking monthly expenditures categorically and identifying cost reduction opportunities
  • Developing and implementing recovery processes that ensure tactical recovery and includes strategic recovery
  • Developing and implementing Warranty and Repair unit metrics, which includes developing supplier metrics to drive best in class supplier performance
  • Developing and implementing supplier performance improvement plans to better support Frontier’s operation
  • Developing and measuring internal customer service levels
  • Identifying and implementing internal supply chain process improvements
  • Interfacing with Material Planning and Material Services units to drive efficiencies in the supply chain department
  • Ensuring warranty opportunities are fulfilled

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business or related technical field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of repair and warranty experience required
  • 3+ years’ work experience with data analysis tools (i.e. Advanced Excel, Alteryx, MS Access, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or equivalent) required
  • Repair Order life cycle experience required
  • Previous aviation industry experience required
  • Active participation in the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) preferred
  • Certified Purchasing Manager Designation (CPM) preferred
  • Airbus warranty process knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with TRAX preferred
