This exciting role is pivotal in using data to inform strategies for the voice customer contact channel for the RES division. In Channel Experience Strategy we define and design the customer experience in all RES channels: voice (phone), messaging, social, email and notifications. Our Voice channel is launching cutting edge technology that will use the combination of data and design to create rich experiences. Our team is responsible for driving the strategy of the best, frictionless experience for our customers and specialists, and we do that through things like data integrations with SVOC to predict a customer’s needs and trigger the right channel experience, and by looking at intent and channel data to better inform future innovations or optimized channel architecture.

The Analyst on this team will be deeply involved in reviewing voice channel data to answer strategic questions and guide the full team on opportunities and to help build business cases. This role is intended to use strategic curiosity and strong analytical skills to uncover new learnings and drive our business forward. An ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, is passionate about user experience, and interested in technology.

  • Develop customer experience insights through analysis beyond operational performance that can fuel business strategies and drive change
  • Build relationships with cross divisional partners to gain operational insights to supplement data and modeling

Primary Functions:
  • Accountable for sustaining and strengthening our culture of customer service excellence and levels of hospitality while supporting our No One Better Connects the World mission.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities in existing QA efforts for scalability and growth.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to establish feedback monitoring and identify trends and opportunities to improve service quality and delivery.
  • Conduct QA calibrations with Service Excellence to share insights and trends that will enhance the customer experience if implemented.
  • Identify and drive efficiency and improvements in the QA program and related processes
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting and customer experience insights based on quality interactions.

The Analyst, Executive Compensation Programs will assist in the development, implementation and administration of Delta’s executive compensation policies and programs.   • Conduct executive job analysis and evaluation to develop compensation recommendations for certain levels of the organization
  • Maintain catalog of job descriptions and executive structure in market pricing tool and assist with external benchmarking
  • Maintain Delta’s executive structure by initiating executive transactions, maintaining headcount reporting, and master list/matrix of program eligibility, historical detail and indicative data that drives participation in certain compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain executive records to ensure that all compensation actions are executed, reconciled, and remain compliant with internal and external controls
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting and Payroll to ensure that pay elements are budgeted, tracked and captured in W2 and/or 1099 process as appropriate
  • Provide excellent customer service and exemplify Delta’s people first culture by fulfilling data requests, handling escalations for sensitive employee inquiries, supporting retiree questions, and helping to communicate key details of program eligibility
  • Document current processes and procedures and identify process inefficiencies to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Maintain master list/matrix of all executives for program eligibility, historical data and indicative data details that drive participation in Delta’s executive compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct periodic audits of various aspects of the programs
