- Handle all PRIA requests.
- Creates and maintains data sheets and training folders for each instructor, crew member, and dispatcher.
- Generates crew member reports.
- Verifies completion of all training events such as IOE, line checks, LOFTS, Proficiency checks, line operating familiarization, and ground schools in the company database.
- Assists in auditing for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and data transfer to the company software program.
- Assists FAA with all requests pertaining to training records for all crew members and dispatchers.
- Assists in all other duties by his/her supervisor.
- Proficient with all Microsoft products including excel, word, and outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong focus on confidentiality and sensitive data
- Advanced knowledge of Company proprietary systems (Datapoint, MINT)
- Office Management skills/experience are highly desired
- B.S. or Associate Degree in Aviation is highly desired
- Must be legal to work in the United States (A citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work)
