    As Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for processing the day-to-day billing, collection, and payment functions for the company located in North Olmsted, Ohio
    Essential functions:
    • Processing vendor payment transactions through ACH, wire, check, and corporate Purchasing Card
    • Customer billings and billings to third parties including but not limited to ALPA, PRIA, IAM, UNION, COBRA, etc
    • Accounts receivable collections and collection database management
    • Identifying expenses that are eligible to be rebilled to customers or third parties through the Great Plains accounting system
    • Participating in month-end close activities, especially related to revenue reconciliations
    • Management reporting concerning accounts receivable, collections payment transactions, the corporate credit card program’s upcoming contract expirations, etc.
    • Participate in special projects as needed or assigned
     General requirements & qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

    What the position is
    The Maintenance Business Process Analyst reports to the Maintenance Systems Manager. The Maintenance Business Process Analyst has the authority in assigning user rights for access to AMOS APN’s.
    Essential functions:
    • Accountable for the Safety Management System (SMS) responsibilities described in the Company’s SMS Manual and Title 14 CFR Part 5.24
    • Support the alignment of maintenance business processes with the maintenance software system (AMOS).
    • Oversee all business process development, implementation, maintain documentation, and propose changes to improve current processes
    • Support 24/7 business user support process for the maintenance system and work closely with IT to ensure high levels of availability of the system
    • Define standards for optimal use of the application’s functionality based on business process flows
    • Understand and drive business process improvement by working closely with maintenance department leadership and other maintenance system users
    • Troubleshoot day to day issues, bugs, and glitches within the maintenance program
    • Interface with Maintenance Program developer for root cause analysis, development, and implementation of fixes for problems identified
    • Map existing processes, identify ideal processes, and launch initiatives to align these
    • Define standards for the technical application support process
    • Coordinate with Maintenance Systems trainer to ensure training content is in line with process flows
    • Perform administrative duties within Technical Services
    • Perform other duties as assigned
     General requirements & qualifications:
    • Previous experience with aircraft maintenance MRO systems and process development
    • Skill in the use of computers or strong desire to learn: SQL Coding, Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in aviation-related field preferred
    • Exposure to business process mapping tools
    • FAA A&P license preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills

    What the position is
    The Crew Records Analyst is a support role for various functions pertaining to crew records within the crew resources department. Manage and maintain the crew records database, legalities and crew expire for the flight crew to ensure the operational status of the crew is maintained.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Maintains all computer records for dispatchers, pilots, and flight attendants.
    • Handle all PRIA requests.
    • Creates and maintains data sheets and training folders for each instructor, crew member, and dispatcher.
    • Generates crew member reports.
    • Verifies completion of all training events such as IOE, line checks, LOFTS, Proficiency checks, line operating familiarization, and ground schools in the company database.
    • Assists in auditing for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and data transfer to the company software program.
    • Assists FAA with all requests pertaining to training records for all crew members and dispatchers.
    • Assists in all other duties by his/her supervisor.
     General requirements & qualifications:
    • Proficient with all Microsoft products including excel, word, and outlook
    • Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills

    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
