    Duties and Responsibilities

    Interested candidates should be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Provide support in the Charter boarding lounge during the flight processing phase of Charter clients and customers;
    • Ensure all aspects of the Charter departure and arrivals experience are handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism;
    • Provide administrative support prior to and after Charter arrivals and departures;
    • Compile information and produce various reports for department and Charter clients as required;
    • Promptly communicate Charter reports requiring action plans to improve processes;
    • Provide assistance to Charter Coordinators for the set up and execution of Adhoc Charters;
    • Liaise with Operations Control Centre; Charter customers; and Sub-contractors as required;
    • Assist with Charter recovery plans as required;
    • Using the reservation system, make required changes to Charter customer reservations;
    • Develop and maintain an inventory listing of all Charter supplies; ensure adequate supplies are on-hand for all flights;
    • Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management Systems program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety;
    • Monitor for lightening alerts – turn on thorguard and send email alerts as required;
    • Answer radio calls from flight crew and enter info into AIMS for arrival and departure times, doors closures, Airborne time, etc. Assist crew with requests for air stairs, GPU’s and other requests as required;
    • Flight following for Charter flights and collaboration with Account Managers and OCC;
    • Other duties as assigned.
