Additionally, they must be a next level team player working to develop their capabilities for managing relationships, influencing Team Members across a variety of organizational functions, and executive messaging.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct analysis of product usage to identify opportunities to contribute to our long-term strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for application integrations
  • Follow daily and bi-weekly prioritization events for the development team
  • Develop test hypotheses and experiment plans that attempt to disprove hypotheses
  • Obtain datasets for product analysis
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into our Guest Experience, with potential opportunities for in-person, in-field research in Breeze destination cities
  • Collect a wide variety of data to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, Guest behavior, or other business metrics
  • Partner with product managers to elaborate concise business requirements, user stories, and feature definitions
  • In collaboration with product managers, create content to communicate about research findings, new features, and other product strategy (primary audiences include Team Members from other departments and executive leadership)
  • Perform occasional administrative tasks such as research trip planning and preparations, team event organization, and expense reporting
  • Positively contribute to the Information Systems team culture and vision—bring new ideas and emerging thinking each day

Minimum Qualifications

  • Responsible for assigning appropriate flight leg coverage within the short-term planning window while ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Work Group Work Rules, and Breeze policies
  • Ensure that a crewing solution is in place for all destinations and advise management of any impending crewing issues
  • Participate in daily operations meetings to communicate any impending issues to be addressed and their priority level
  • Determine the impact of periodic or seasonal flight schedule changes on crew members and work with other departments to optimize reserve coverage
  • Determine associated costs for periodic or seasonal flight schedule changes and identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining operational reliability
  • Using a formula, analyze costs that would be associated with customer-driven schedule changes and communicate the analysis with Operations planning for review and approval
  • Monitor and analyze reports to determine usage of crew members and commercial flight usage and make necessary amendments to reduce costs.
  • Perform all crew member planning development including monthly bid lines in accordance with FARs, work rules, and Breeze policies
  • Run monthly Bid Awards including analyzing additional factors that may impact the final line award
  • Responsible for communicating federal regulations, work rules compliance, reassignments, and accommodations to crew members at the planning level
  • Exercise considerable judgement to make decisions in complex analysis of crew-related data
  • Performs other duties as directed by the Crew Services Manager
