3) Enhances the capabilities of the electronic   tablet to create additional reporting capabilities to better understand the   needs of the flight attendants and the   day-to-day issues that occur on flights. Develops automated systems for   reporting a daily flight report and looks for ways to better engage Flight   Attendants with Customers, utilizing   the Inflight mini i-Pad.

4) Administrative aspects, including but not   limited to, ensuring cost control, assisting with investigations as needed,   assisting with keeping FA performance and dependability records current and up   to date.
