    Job Duties
    •Level II – Demonstrates understanding and support of the People Services Culture by embodying it in almost all interactions, even in tough times, with internal and external customers.
    •Support the Employee Relations Manager with investigations, conflict resolution, and training on Company policies and procedure.
    •Coordinate and conduct internal investigations regarding employee issues and complaints, maintain a case log of investigations, and create investigatory documentation.
    •Provide training regarding unlawful discrimination, harassment, workplace violence and key Company policies and procedures.
    •Review employee leaves of absence cases to maintain compliance with FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, etc.
    •Facilitate training such as Performance Management, Internal Investigations, ADA, etc.
    •Review circumstances surrounding involuntary terminations consistent with policies and procedures and provide recommendations to department management.
    •Participate in special projects/initiatives with supervision.
    •Prepare and respond to unemployment claims.
    •Process, respond, and track PRIA requests.
    •Conduct exit interviews and surveys.

    Minimum three (3) years of experience in air carrier flight operations. Experience may be substituted with advanced education, FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate, FAA certificate under Part 61, or equivalent certificate.

    •Project management and analytical skills.
    •Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    •Process safety reports submitted by Dispatch and Flight Operations personnel.
    •Maintain and improve the event classification system used to classify safety events.
    •Perform risk analyses and risk assessments during safety investigations and during the safety risk management process.
    •Assist operational department(s) in working through the safety risk management process.
    •Perform data analysis using data from various Safety Assurance programs to measure and report on the effectiveness of risk controls.
    •Complete safety data requests as requested.
    •Develop and maintain content for the periodic safety data review process.
    •Perform airport risk management and various airport safety-related initiatives and projects.
    •Develop and maintain means of safety promotion content and delivery method for Dispatch and Flight Operations.
    •Coordinate with the Regulatory Compliance Team on regulatory items.
    •Perform duties as an active member of the Emergency Response team when requested.
    •Attend and present at the semi-annual industry Aviation Info-share safety forum.
    •Review current best practices from FAA and industry sources for practices applicable to Flight Crew Operations and Dispatch.

Job Duties
•Conduct and provide research as needed to develop and incorporate new ramp operations and customer service procedures resulting in improved operational efficiency.
•Create and drive change to policies and procedures to improve stations ramp operation and customer service operation performance and safety records.
•Develop and implement Best Practices to include change, impact and potential effects while maintaining open communication between all departments involved.
•Ensure best use of all tools and resources as related to areas of ramp and customer service operation processes and programs.
•Interface with all departments throughout the company regarding policies, maintaining consistency and communication in manuals and employee communication.
•Identify, reconcile and resolve conflicts between station’s manuals and other company manuals or materials.
•Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and procedures based on feedback via stations management, regional managers, safety data, and operational performance information.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge on domestic and international regulatory requirements, regulations, standards, and guidance’s and ensure effective communication to the project teams and management.
•Coordinate with Stations Training and Allegiant University to ensure all training material is created, updated, and maintained in accordance with all policies.
•Perform the ongoing management of policy recommendations and procedure documentation which includes adhering to a change management process, obtaining approvals for proposed policy changes, publishing approved documentation in proper portals, and maintaining published document version archives.
•Ensure the stations team are deploying recurrent/courses to the appropriates job codes per regulatory requirements.
•Facilitates initiatives to develop and automate compliance reporting.
•Other duties as assigned.

Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations.
