    QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum 7 years of management or customer relations experience; prior experience in aviation operations preferred.

    • Previous experience managing contact center technologies
    • Previous experience managing training
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships and business processes
    • Previous experience developing and implementing processes and SOP practice
    • Must be detail oriented and accurate
