    Essential Job Functions

    • Make training travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for all pilots and instructors, ensuring on-time arrival for training.
    • Arrange travel including flights and hotels for pilots in such a way to maximize operational efficiency and minimize training costs. When requested, arrange flights for inflight management team.
    • Conducts pilot initial and upgrade operating experience scheduling while optimizing Line Check Airman schedules to maximize throughput of pilots as they transition to an active pilot while minimizing costs.
    • Coordinates with Crew Scheduling Administrators and Crew Planning to remove trips from open bidding for use in scheduling pilot operating experience or supervised line flying, while  balancing estimated trips needed with minimal cost and operational impact.
    • Assists in creating and/or maintaining the pilot and instructor training schedules, when assigned by a supervisor.
    • Manage multiple databases where crew member data resides to meet legal and contractual requirements.   Generates and audits related reports.
    • Maintains all training databases and ensures all training and travel events are recorded accurately.
    • Maintain and update all training resource schedules to optimize resources including flight instructors, trainees, training rooms, and training equipment.
    • Monitor progress of all training tasks to ensure the final outcome meets customer requirements.
    • Participates in an On-Call rotation segment with other team members to support unscheduled or urgent training needs and or requirements outside of normal business hours to ensure FAA compliance.
    • Understands and applies multiple collective bargaining agreement guidelines and work rules to schedule pilot training and/or Inflight skill validation flights.
    • Maintain budget awareness, adherence, and efficiency in all work surrounding the training and scheduling of pilots.
    • Advocates continuous process improvement between departments and work groups
    • Proctors FAA Exams to internal and external applicants to ensure standards are met and trainees schedules are maximized.
    • Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.
    • Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

    Education/Experience

    • Associates degree or one to three years’ experience working in an high volume office environment required; Crew scheduling experience preferred.
    • Intermediate level knowledge of FAA FAR 117 preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office Products specifically in Excel
    • Excellent communication skills, grammar and proofreading skills to ensure a smooth flow of written and oral communication is achieved

    • Participates and coordinates activities related to the internal and TSA CHRC Audit.

    Education/Experience

    The Inflight Training and Domicile Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating administrative training tasks and associated documentation for Inflight Training & Inflight Operations.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to include: creating log-ins, processes enrollments, tracking and reporting of user progress, assist with creating and maintaining new and existing courses, and user support and troubleshoot issues
    • Assist with curriculum development
    • EDM Data entry responsibilities. Coordinates training documentation between HR, Inflight Instructors and Managers, so that quality training is delivered in a timely and efficient manner for initial, recurrent, requalification training, and requested or identified adhoc courses. (Mainline partner and Air Wisconsin)
    • Works closely with new hires in the following areas: Contact information is accurate, monitors and encourages training completions by due dates, sends out New Hire Study Guide email and pre-course requirements communication, and assists with troubleshooting user issues in LMS
    • Processes and issues FAA Certificates for Flight Attendant
    • Assist with preparing training schedules, in order that programs are delivered on time and according to internal timelines
    • Tracks and reports out training completion due/over due dates
    • Tracks and submits requisition for mainline user ID and United new and existing programs
    • Documents all training and qualifications in the Inflight software systems (e.g. EDM, CrewQual and Sharepoint)
    • Documents new hire employee information in Inflight software system (e.g. CrewQual)
    • Creates IOE schedules/templates, submits bulk hotels for IOEs and books air PNRs in mainlines reservations system (e.g. SHARES).
    • Maintains IOE documentation/tracking database
    • Verifies and tracks all extended leave of absence pertinent to training purposes
    • Assists with development of new methods, processes or procedures for Inflight Training
    • Support Inflight Instructors with organizing and dispersing training materials, monitors equipment inventory, assist with classroom setup, hands-on equipment preparation, and other projects as identified
    • Provides administrative support to the Director of Inflight Standards and Training and Manager of Inflight Training and Development
    • Supports administration functions of the MKE Crew Domicile
    • And duties as assigned

    Education/Experience

    • Associate’s degree preferred, High School Diploma required
    • Advanced experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
    • Experience with Learning Management system (Moodle, iSpring Suite)
    • CrewQual experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 1 year previous airline and/or adult training experience preferred
    • Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
