    • Monitors daily aircraft activity to identify repeat tail specific aircraft discrepancies and facilitate their repair through the Callback program.
    • Coordinates with Flight Pubs to ensure all Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) revisions are accurate and update the Sabre Maintenance Control program with changes as applicable.
    • Creates and maintains Daily Performance, First Time Fix, and aircraft MEL count data to present to Senior/Executive Management.
    • In the absence of the Maintenance Control Operations Manager, or where applicable will assume the duties and responsibilities and attend any meeting or conferences as applicable to Maintenance Control.
    • Develop, maintain and implements Maintenance Control Training as it pertains to recurrent training, computer based training, station visits (when applicable), or personal training (where applicable) to enhance a Maintenance Controllers knowledge of aircraft related systems and MOC processes/procedures.
