- Support quantification of impacts and risks of product parameter management and marketing activities using various forms of interrelated subjects like mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, behavioral economics and computer science.
- Explore, generate and source data relevant to hypotheses and assumptions used in business case evaluations.
- Demonstrate creativity and resilience to go beyond current program knowledge and understanding.
- Turn insights into concrete actions benefiting the redemption portfolio profitability.
- Provide value-added support to other departments by performing various analyses on redemption data.
- Use data visualization techniques to disseminate the discoveries to other departments in an interesting manner.
- Build knowledge base of insights and setup process for proper internal dissemination.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a similar position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with relational databases (e.g. SQL) a strong asset
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience with programing language like Python, SAS or R is a strong asset
- Experience with financial modeling and post-campaign analysis
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
- Ability to communicate complex concepts into simple ones (i.e. story-telling skills)
- Written and verbal communication skills (English and French)
- Positive thinking and sense of humor
