    • Provide value-added support to other departments by performing various analyses on redemption data.

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years in a similar position.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient with relational databases (e.g. SQL) a strong asset

    • Experience with programing language like Python, SAS or R is a strong asset

    Reporting to the Manager, Partner Performance – On Board Products and Billing, this position is responsible for: managing monthly reconciliation and financial performance against established agreements(s) ; creating, managing, and reporting financial and performance KPIs; assisting in the operationalization of new contracts; and collaborating on continuous improvement opportunities.
    Key Functions & Accountabilities:
    • Manage the overall financial and operational performance of assigned Partners to assure maximum value deliverance from the partner relationships
    • Manage Invoice payment performance, invoice controls and reporting to key internal stakeholders
    • Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or contracts
    • Monitor and manage the operational aspects of partner contracts, which includes but is not limited to contract compliance management, dispute and resolution management, change order management, invoice alignment, Statements of Work & Work Orders alignment, and general contract oversight
    • Assist in the alignment of SLAs and KPI’s (operational and financial) with business strategy and operational execution
    • Collaborate with the Finance Department to establish and report on fiscal reporting metrics
    • Assist in the develop strategy based on partner segmentation, performance outcomes, and relationship and cost objectives
    • Build strong cross-functional links to internal finance and operational teams
    • Schedule and conduct Internal & External Annual Contract Reviews, and develop Improvement Action Plan(s)
    • Be the primary POC for Air Canada on all issues related to executed Agreements for assigned Partner
    • Monthly reconciliation and finalization of the on-time performance and the service failure KPIs with our partners, using the Power BI dashboard and related applications.
    • Identify performance improvement opportunities to Partners and internal Service Owners
    • Maintains effective relationships across the client and Partner organizations and facilitates issue resolution

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 12 months of accounting; relationship management and/or operations experience in a large company
    • An accounting/finance degree and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role
    • Demonstrated effective analytical skills, and experience with Big Data
    • Team player and ability to function effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment with a bias toward action

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of business analysis or product management experience.

    Reporting to the Crew Pay Manager – Pilots, the Crew Pay Analyst – Pilots is responsible to analyze Air Canada Mainline and Rouge pilot pay in accordance with the Air Canada/ACPA Collective Agreement. Provide analytical support to the Crew Resources team and conduct a variety of statistical activities required to prepare pilot crew pay data. 
    Key Fonctions and Responsabilité :
    • Develop and maintain processes (SOPs) and procedures to ensure the pay-related aspects of the Air Canada/ACPA Collective Agreement are properly administered
    • Lead development of pay guidelines and instructions to major stakeholders
    • Ensure the integrity and efficiencies of the Pilot pay for both Air Canada and Rouge 
    • Analyze and validate month-end pilot crew pay in advance of the Payrolls production process and take corrective action where necessary.
    • Collaborate with Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, Flight Operations Management and Labour Relations to ensure legal compliance within the appropriate contract rules with regards to pilot pay.
    • Analyze crew pay data and perform statistical activities to ensure optimal crew pay processes are adhered to and provide recommendations to Manager, Crew Pay as required. 
    • Act as the Crew Pay subject matter expert for ongoing projects  
    • Identify areas for process improvement and develop new processes to streamline current practices
    • Manage and maintain systems and participate in the development of new automation and testing 
    • Produce ACPA billing and find an acceptable solution for any disputed items with ACPA and Labour Relations
    • Generate and audit internal pay records and provide guidance and coaching to the Block Admin Managers and other managers within Flights Op and Crew Planning on optimal pay processes and data integrity
    • Investigate and respond to pay queries 
    • Correct Pilot pay errors and coordinate payment or recovery of overpayment
    • Additional supplemental duties and special projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • University degree in business or related field (i.e., accounting or finance), an asset
    • Previous accounting experience, specifically crew payroll, an asset.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and well-developed interpersonal skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of NetLine, Forum and other PC applications
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and accommodate changing priorities
